I'm Michael Lombard, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Financial Therapist™ based in Lynnwood, WA. I offer a space to slow down, make sense of those pressures, and start building a life that feels more genuine and balanced both emotionally and financially. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together we'll work to quiet the "shoulds" that get in the way and explore what truly feels right for you. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and money-related stress, including the emotional side of financial decisions that most therapists don't address.
